My favourite animal, is my cat, Thor, named after the Marvel hero. Let’s just say, while he’s got the name, he’s more 'cat nap' than 'god of thunder'. Outside of work, I’m passionate about combat sports, I am a Level 2 Freestyle wrestling coach and part of British Wrestling Association. I teach freestyle wrestling to everyone from 4-year-olds to adults over 35, and I’m lucky enough to coach at two clubs, one as head coach and the other as assistant coach. My goal is to help the younger generation stay active, fit, and engaged, offering them an alternative to the digital distractions of modern life , It’s all about getting people moving because, let’s face it there’s more to life than block games on your mobile!
