Client Care Assistant

As a Client Care Assistant, you'll use your strong customer service skills, welcoming and supporting clients through every step of their visit. While hands-on experience with pets isn't required, a love for animals and their wellbeing is essential. In this varied front-of-house role, you'll handle busy phone lines, arrange appointments, process payments, enter test results, and keep consultation rooms stocked. You'll also take pride in maintaining a welcoming reception and waiting area.

Veterinary Receptionist

Our Veterinary Receptionists are an essential part of our practice team. Working closely with Veterinary Surgeons, Registered Veterinary Nurses and Student Nurses to deliver outstanding care. In this role, you’ll support our commitment to gold-standard service for patients and clients by preparing and maintaining medical equipment, following cleaning protocols, and ensuring a welcoming, safe environment.
