Network Director

As a Network Director, you'll leave a network of Medivet practices, with full accountability for performance, growth and engagement. You'll ensure operational consistency while building strong, aligned teams that deliver outstanding care and clinical excellence.

You'll lead our Branch Partner led clinics directly, and coach Network Partners to shape their vet led clinics, to create a high performing, connected network where clinicians and support teams can thrive.

Network Partner

As a Network Partner, you'll play a key role in leading and supporting lead vet led practices within your network. Working closely with the Network Director, you'll lead performance, growth and engagement, ensuring clinical excellence across your practices. 

By coaching lead vets and supporting operational leaders, you'll build capable, connected teams and create a consistent, high-performing network where people and practices thrive.

Network Administrator

As a Network Administrator, you'll provide essential support across your network, helping to keep the operations running smoothly and efficiently. Working closely with Operation Support Managers, you'll coordinate rota planning, payroll administration and locum management, ensuring seamless day-to-day support for our clinics.

You'll also provide support to your Network Director and Partners, playing a key role in enabling strong, connected leadership across the network.

Operations Support Manager

As an Operations Support Manager, you'll be the key link for day-to-day clinic operations, providing proactive, hands-on support to Partners and Lead Vets across your network. You'll play a crucial role in maintaining operation excellence, coordinating recruitment and onboarding, supporting rota and resource planning, overseeing maintenance and ensuring compliance. 

You'll work closely with the Network Administrator and wider network team to drive consistency, responsiveness and high standards across every clinic you support.
