As a Client Care Assistant, you’ll use your excellent customer service skills to welcome and assist clients before, during and after every visit. Although you don’t need to have hands-on experience working with pets, a love of animals and their welfare is essential.

You’ll also take ownership of ensuring the reception and waiting areas look their best at all times.
A number of our practices have on-site kennels and catteries to care for pets while their owners are away. Our Kennel and Cattery Assistants provide our guests with daily care and attention during their stay.
As a Kennel or Cattery Assistant, your typical day will involve caring for multiple pets and their needs, including cleaning, feeding, exercising, handling and giving medication if necessary.
