The Role

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Veterinary Surgeon to join our friendly supportive team at Medivet Bracknell Easthampstead at our well-established first opinion practice with additional ophthalmology caseload. You will also have access to Medivet’s multi-disciplinary certificate holders in the region, progression to, or support of an existing certificate qualification would be actively encouraged.

The ideal candidate will have 1.5 years UK small animal practice (or UK equivalent) experience. You must have a client-oriented approach and excellent communication skills, work to a very high standard both medically and surgically and have the drive and ambition to help develop these branches further.

The Branch

The clinic is part of a local network of 8 practices in the Reading / Bracknell region that feed into our Wokingham Hospital. Specialities in the surrounding branches include orthopaedics, key hole surgery, ultrasound, dermatology and cardiology. You will have access to all these services, will be able to learn from the veterinary surgeons with these skills and will be encouraged to offer high quality care.

Bracknell Easthampstead has two theatres, separate dog and cat wards and has recently undergone a refurbishment giving our front of house a nice fresh look. 

Located close to Gatwick and Heathrow airports with trainline running into London Waterloo and Reading.
