Supporting Vets and Nurses to find their Perfect Fit

We’re looking for a driven Recruiter to join our team, working remotely and leading the end-to-end hiring process for vets and nurses focused on key roles and geographies across the UK.

What you’ll be doing:
Manage the full recruitment cycle for clinical roles (vets & nurses) in your regions.
Partner with regional leaders and practice teams to understand hiring needs.
Build proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, headhunting, referrals, and events.
Deliver a high-touch, personalised candidate experience from first contact to offer.
Promote Medivet as an employer of choice in the veterinary sector.
Maintain accurate recruitment data using our applicant tracking system.
What you’ll bring:
Proven experience as a recruiter, ideally in healthcare or professional services.
Strong direct sourcing and headhunting skills—you're not reliant on job ads alone.
A passion for improving candidate experience and recruitment best practice.
An approach that is organised, independent, and solutions-focused, working remotely and managing a regional portfolio.
Experience of using applicant tracking systems (ATS) together with data-fluency, with competence in Excel.
Full UK driving licence (some regional travel may be required).
