The Medivet Branch Partnership model offers true co-ownership, where clinic profits and costs are shared based on equity. This unique structure aligns our goals, ensuring Medivet is fully committed to your success. As a Branch Partner, you bring clinical and leadership expertise, while Medivet supports you with commercial and operational guidance to grow your clinic and increase earnings.

Our flexible exit options allow you to sell your shares to a new partner or back to Medivet at regular intervals, offering both financial planning and security. This model empowers you to build wealth, shape your future, and enjoy a fulfilling clinical career.

How are Branch Partners supported by Medivet?

We’re committed to supporting our Branch Partners in delivering top-tier client and patient are. While Branch Partners have full clinical autonomy, they’re backed by extensive network of support. Our clinical community, field teams, and Support Centre provide guidance in HR, finance, facilities, marketing, and more, ensuring you’re never alone in managing your clinic.

Regional Operations Directors serve as primary contacts, linking support functions and offering insights to help grow your clinic. We also provide tailored onboarding, a six-month external coaching programme, and essential training to equip Branch Partners with the skills they need to succeed.

Next, we'll help identify the clinic that best suits your goals. We'll guide you through the valuation and share the Branch Partner agreement for your review. When you're ready to go ahead, we'll finalise all the necessary details and invite you back to the Support Centre for your official signing day - making the start of your exciting journey as a Medivet Branch Partner.
