At Medivet, we believe in putting people first—both our clients and our colleagues. We’re recruiting a People Support Advisor to join our friendly and dedicated team at our Support Centre.
In this role, you'll be at the heart of our Medivet teams, ensuring our people processes run smoothly—from onboarding new starters to handling leaver administration, managing contractual changes, and keeping our HR systems updated. You’ll also play a key role in streamlining workflows and helping drive improvements in everything we do.
This is a 6 month fixed term contract
You’ll be focused on:
Allocating and managing HR queries via our Fresh Service system.
Authorising workflows and supporting our divisional HR teams.
Resolving complex queries efficiently and proactively.
Liaising with payroll to ensure accurate processing of leave requests.
Managing contractual amendments for transfers, promotions, and probation periods.
Ensuring compliance with IR35 processes and drafting relevant contracts.
Coordinating employee recognition activities and long-service awards.
Running reports to support key business initiatives.
What we’re looking for:
Experience of working with Workday is essential
It would be ideal if you also had payroll experience or working together with a payroll team
A detail-oriented approach to ensure accuracy in HR records.
Strong communication skills, with a professional and confident manner.
Exceptional organisation and customer service capabilities.
Proven experience in HR systems and ticketing tools.
A proactive mindset to drive improvements and smarter ways of working.
