Our West Division covers a broad stretch of southern and central England, along with parts of Wales—reaching from Cornwall and Devon to Oxfordshire, the Midlands, and Greater London.

Field-based (3 days visiting clinics, 2 days remote/from our Support Centre)

What You'll Do

Your impact will be felt across the full employee lifecycle—from recruitment and development to engagement and retention. Your focus will include:

  • Championing engagement and building a culture that supports colleague wellbeing and satisfaction

  • Refining processes to deliver operational excellence every day

  • Supporting the development of our teams so they can thrive, perform, and grow

  • Deliver strategic people plans aligned to divisional goals

  • Coach local leaders to embed engagement and retention activities

  • Collaborate across departments to create powerful people solutions

  • Support our annual people cycle including performance, talent and engagement

  • Drive workforce planning and support early careers pipelines

  • Bring data-led insight into every decision you help shape

  • Be a trusted voice for our clinics, advocating for the colleague experience at every level

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic, field-based environment and brings a people-first mindset with commercial edge.

  • Proven multi-site HR experience in a fast-paced, hands-on setting is essential

  • CIPD qualification or equivalent

  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills

  • Experience with strategic workforce planning and using data to drive decisions

  • Exceptional planning and organisational skills

  • Resilience and comfort operating within an evolving People function

  • Solid IT fluency including MS Office
