As Management Accountant you’ll play a key role in preparing P&L and Balance sheet entries in accordance with IFRS and accounting policies, analysing and reviewing revenue related variances as well as overhead accounts as required.
In this role your key responsibilities will focus on:
Timely preparation and reporting of monthly P&L and overhead accounts
Lead variance analysis, accrual reviews, and balance sheet reconciliations
Identify, recommend, and process adjusting journals and unusual transactions
Maintain robust financial controls and uphold compliance standards
Support year-end audit procedures and assist with acquisition accounting
Deliver clear variance root cause analysis and actionable countermeasures
Contribute to tracking and reporting of key financial KPIs
Collaborate closely with the Business Control team on all critical queries
You’ll be:
CIMA/ACCA part-qualified or qualified, with a minimum of 2 years’ experience
Have strong working knowledge of Microsoft D365 and advanced Excel (VLOOKUPs, PivotTables)
Experienced in multi-site Shared Service Centre operations—international experience would be advantageous.
Comfortable managing deadlines and pressure with precision and confidence
In addition:
knowledge of a second European language (German, Spanish, or French) is desirable
Prior exposure to a compliance-focused environment (e.g. SOX) is advantageous
