We’re looking for a passionate, people-driven Local Marketing Manager to join our expanding team at Medivet. This hybrid role is based out of our Watford Support Centre and will see you supporting practices based in one of our divisions across the UK to help each one thrive through meaningful local marketing and brand storytelling.

In this hands-on, varied role, you’ll work side by side with our Branch Partners and veterinary practices, delivering tailored marketing support that drives local awareness, client growth, and deeper community connections. It’s a fantastic opportunity for a well-rounded marketer who loves bringing ideas to life, solving problems creatively, and making a difference to local teams and pet owners alike.

What you'll be doing:

· Act as the dedicated marketing partner for a portfolio of practices, building strong relationships across practice and regional teams

· Use data and insight to identify opportunities and deliver insight-led marketing recommendations

· Plan and deliver integrated campaigns across digital, print, PR, social, and in-practice channels with a strong digital-first approach

· Support new practice launches and branch partner transitions, ensuring consistent brand presence and local engagement

· Helping local teams access the right tools, content, and guidance to champion their practice locally

· Reporting on the impact of local activity and sharing learnings to continuously evolve our approach

What we’re looking for:

· A confident marketing generalist with experience in a multi-site, joint venture, or fast-paced service-based environment

· A curious, data-literate mindset — comfortable translating insights into actions.

· A hands-on attitude and the ability to manage multiple projects with stakeholders at all levels

· Excellent communication and collaboration skills

· A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel occasionally to practices for events or support on site

This role is hybrid, with a minimum of two days per week in our Watford Support Centre. You’ll be part of a friendly, creative team that’s passionate about brand building and local impact empowering you to make a real difference.
