As Head of the Transformation Management Office (TMO), you’ll be at the heart of leading the charge to connect strategy with delivery, drive performance, and embed a culture of continuous improvement across the business.

You’ll be part of a small Transformation team, where your leadership will directly influence how we evolve as a business. If you thrive in dynamic environments, love connecting the dots, and have a passion for enabling change at scale, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own a single, joined-up view of all transformation programmes connecting projects to strategic goals and measurable outcomes

  • Track progress using meaningful metrics across cost, value, and delivery impact together with managing risks, dependencies and resources

  • Provide clear, insightful reporting to support prioritisation and governance

  • Prepare leadership updates and support forums up to Board level

  • Collaborate with Finance, IT, and Programme leads to track costs and delivery

  • Escalate issues and enable timely, informed decisions

  • Define and embed best practices in programme delivery and change management

  • Provide tools, templates, and guidance to empower teams and drive best practise

  • Promote collaborative, agile, and outcome-focused ways of working through role modelling

What You’ll Bring:

  • Proven leadership in Transformation, Strategy, or PMO within a complex organisation

  • Strategic planning, portfolio management, and governance expertise

  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with experience influencing senior leaders

  • Expertise in transformation metrics, dashboards, and KPIs

  • Deep understanding of cost management, change governance, and risk frameworks

  • Experience fostering agile, collaborative, and outcome-driven environments

  • A growth mindset and deep curiosity

  • A passion for pets

  • Exposure to digital transformation and multi-site business environments is desirable
