As Head of the Transformation Management Office (TMO), you’ll be at the heart of leading the charge to connect strategy with delivery, drive performance, and embed a culture of continuous improvement across the business.

What You’ll Do:
Own a single, joined-up view of all transformation programmes connecting projects to strategic goals and measurable outcomes
Track progress using meaningful metrics across cost, value, and delivery impact together with managing risks, dependencies and resources
Provide clear, insightful reporting to support prioritisation and governance
Prepare leadership updates and support forums up to Board level
Collaborate with Finance, IT, and Programme leads to track costs and delivery
Escalate issues and enable timely, informed decisions
Define and embed best practices in programme delivery and change management
Provide tools, templates, and guidance to empower teams and drive best practise
Promote collaborative, agile, and outcome-focused ways of working through role modelling
What You’ll Bring:
Proven leadership in Transformation, Strategy, or PMO within a complex organisation
Strategic planning, portfolio management, and governance expertise
Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with experience influencing senior leaders
Expertise in transformation metrics, dashboards, and KPIs
Deep understanding of cost management, change governance, and risk frameworks
Experience fostering agile, collaborative, and outcome-driven environments
A growth mindset and deep curiosity
A passion for pets
Exposure to digital transformation and multi-site business environments is desirable
