We're at an exciting stage of our brand journey and are looking for a creative and disruptive thinker who has a strong track record of creating brand fame and growth. A true social native and storyteller at heart, who has led and implemented earned media strategies that have created significant growth in brand metrics and channel engagement.
As Head of Brand, a newly created role at Medivet, you will be the catalyst in delivering our revitalised brand strategy, creating an inspiring and distinctive pet health and wellbeing destination for the UK's pet owners and that our clinicians and colleagues can all be proud of.
Whilst influencing and leading through change is a critical part of the role, you will equally be responsible for operationalising this strategy and for the commercial impact that it will deliver. You'll build a high-energy team to integrate our unique brand experience into a variety of communications and channels that are relevant for a diverse set of audiences.
You’ll bring:
10+ years extensive experience in brand activation, social, PR and earned media.
Demonstration of experience in gaining breakthrough in a crowded market and creating positive consumer attention and engagement.
4+ years in a leadership role, with a passion for nurturing a high-performing team and with a natural, collaborative style - building great relationships and fostering partnerships.
Exceptional creative flair and storytelling skills, inspiring internal and external audiences.
Simplifying complex ideas using data and insights to deliver tangible action.
A passion for driving change, a results-driven leader with a self-motivated, hands-on attitude who also thrives when mentoring and motivating marketing teams.
