Role Accountabilities
- Create engaging Branch Partner recruitment adverts liaising across Regional and Branch Partnership teams to ensure information is relevant and accurate.
- Ensure all posts are live and look at alternative advertising channels and agencies for hard to fill vacancies.
- Manage the Branch Partner enquiry inbox and provide responses to candidates.
- Engage external Branch Partner candidates in an initial conversation regarding partnerships before progressing them through to the next stages.
- Work in collaboration with the recruitment team to discuss suitable vacancies for candidates.
- Look at ways to source candidates directly through LinkedIn or other social channels.
- Support in arrangement of candidate events confirming candidate attendance and supporting travel arrangements where necessary.
- Monitor activity across adverts and provide weekly reporting.
Skills and Experience
- Proven recruitment experience ideally within the veterinary industry
- Good understanding of best recruitment practices
- Experience creating candidate attraction strategies using both online and offline solutions to promote opportunities
- Excellent sourcing and screening skills
- Ability to chat at ease with candidates and create an exceptional candidate journey
- Strong organisational, time management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- High level of professionalism, integrity and confidentiality
- Full valid driving licence
