We’re looking for a confident, experienced Veterinary Surgeon with proven sole-charge experience to join our weekend ECC team at Medivet Thurmaston 24-Hour Hospital, working 1 in 4 weekends (Saturday and Sunday, 9am–7pm).
Our recently refurbished hospital supports both Medivet and non-Medivet clinics out of hours and benefits from a long-standing, loyal client base. You’ll work in a modern, well-equipped environment with access to orthopaedic equipment, digital and dental X-ray, endoscopy, tonometry, and high-quality ultrasound.
This role offers excellent exposure to a varied ECC caseload and is ideal for vets looking to enhance their emergency and critical care skills while earning additional income. You’ll be supported on shift by an experienced RVN and a rotational VCA, allowing you to focus on delivering high-quality medical and surgical care.
