We’re looking for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join our recently refurbished Medivet Whitchurch practice - offering a fantastic opportunity to take true ownership of your caseload and shape your clinical direction.
This role is particularly well suited to a surgically biased vet. With the autonomy to manage and grow your own caseload, you’ll have the freedom to develop your surgical skills, supported by a well-equipped practice and a team that encourages clinical progression - including funded CPD and further qualifications.
The Practice
- Recently refurbished, 5-minute walk from the train station
- 3 consult rooms, large prep area, and spacious theatre
- Ultrasound and dental facilities
- Separate cat and dog waiting areas
The Role
- 4 days per week
- 1 in 3 Saturdays
- No out-of-hours
- Strong focus on clinical autonomy and caseload development

What you’ll be doing
Typically, in this role, you’ll:
- Deliver exceptional clinical care to patients in consults and surgery to the highest standards of regulatory, practice and operational compliance
- Develop tailored treatment plans with clients
- Work collaboratively within a supportive team
- Share your skills and support our Medivet communities’ development
