A role where your career grows — and your life outside of work is genuinely respected.

At Medivet Littlehampton and Rustington, we believe great veterinary care comes from people who feel supported, valued, and balanced. That’s why we’ve created a role that prioritises clinical excellence, personal wellbeing, and real time to switch off — including protected, set lunch breaks so you can properly step away from work during your day.

Whether you’re a new graduate starting your journey or an experienced vet looking for a more fulfilling and sustainable role, this is a place where you can grow with confidence and purpose.

The Opportunity

  • No out-of-hours
  • No bank holidays
  • Shared, supportive weekend rota
  • Protected, set lunch breaks — real time to rest, recharge, and reset
  • A structure that supports finishing on time wherever possible

We’ve designed this role to offer stability, flexibility, and genuine work-life balance, so you can do your best work and still enjoy your life outside the clinic.
