A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Part-Time Veterinary Surgeon to join our professional and personable team at our Medivet Islington Liverpool Road practice.

We have a busy and well-established client base who value the high level of personal service we provide. You will be part of a supportive and experienced team, working alongside our Lead Vet, with strong clinical nursing and front-of-house support.

The practice is ideally situated in the heart of Islington, close to excellent transport links, and is well-equipped with digital radiography, dental x-ray, ultrasound, and two consult rooms. There is a good surgical caseload, offering the opportunity to further develop your skills and clinical interests.

This is a part-time position, working 21 hours per week, with either 1 in 3 Saturdays in branch or 1 in 6 full weekends at Kensington 24 Hour.

What you’ll be doing

Typically, in this role, you’ll:

  • Deliver exceptional clinical care to patients in consults and surgery to the highest standards of regulatory, practice and operational compliance
  • Develop tailored treatment plans with clients
  • Work collaboratively within a supportive team
  • Share your skills and support our Medivet communities’ development
