This is a full-time position with flexibility, and we’re open to part-time applications. The rota includes 1 in 6 full weekends at Watford 24 Hour, a light on-call commitment (approx. 1 week per year), and 1–2 bank holidays annually (pro-rated for part-time), giving you a balance of clinical exposure and lifestyle.
You’ll be part of a supportive, close-knit team, including a Lead Vet, part-time Vet, an experienced Head Veterinary Nurse, SVN, and dedicated support staff. It’s an environment where you’ll have clinical autonomy while still feeling backed by a collaborative team.
The practice is a real standout, recently refurbished with a bright, spacious layout, including two large consult rooms, a generous theatre, large prep area, ultrasound, digital and dental x-ray, and separate dog and cat kennels. With a loyal client base and clear room for growth, there’s genuine opportunity to develop your interests, and we’re open to investing in equipment to support your clinical passions.
