As a Veterinary Care Assistant (VCA) you will support the nurse and vets with in-patient procedures and pet care delivering exceptional care always there to our clients, patients, and colleagues.
One vet who is Branch Partner, Head Nurse who is also a clinical supervisor for student nurses so
mentoring to become a student veterinary nurse in the future has potential, one current VCA who
is soon to start nursing qualification at college alongside role and one part time receptionist.
Experienced Vet and RVN happy to teach and mentor. Positive and collaborative environment, well-
organised; clean and bright with an emphasis on high standard patient care and wellbeing.
Short distance to main high street and both Teddington and Hampton Wick station.
Free parking on the road outside and in the streets surrounding. Situated very close to Bushy Park
A mix of 8 hour shift patterns 8:30am – 5:00pm and 10:30am – 7:00pm Monday to Friday.
1 in 4 weekends carried out at the Richmond 24 hour hospital also 8 hour shifts, some bank holiday shifts (usually 1-2 per year).
