As Strategic Partnerships Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of our growth and innovation journey. This newly created role offers a rare opportunity to define and scale a strategic function —building partnerships that deliver clinical excellence, meaningful client value and commercial impact.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and own Medivet’s strategic partnership roadmap aligned with long-term business goals

  • Identify and evaluate new opportunities across the veterinary and pet care ecosystem

  • Lead negotiations end-to-end, from first contact to contract delivery

  • Define partnership success metrics, governance models and review processes

  • Foster strong relationships across internal stakeholders and external partners

  • Champion new initiatives through clear storytelling and stakeholder engagement

  • Collaborate on seamless operational integration with internal teams

  • Represent Medivet externally, building networks and maintaining market awareness

  • Ensure partnership decisions are compliant, future-proofed and patient-centric

What You’ll Bring

  • Extensive experience in partnerships, business development or strategic roles—ideally within veterinary, healthcare or financial sectors

  • Demonstrated ability to evaluate commercial opportunities and negotiate complex, multi-stakeholder agreements

  • Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills to drive trust and clarity

  • Commercially astute with strong data interpretation and decision-making skills

  • Experience with performance frameworks and governance design

  • Confident understanding of regulatory and contractual landscapes

  • Skilled in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
