Medivet Southwark is a thriving, well-established practice located in one of the most vibrant areas of Central London, just a short walk from London Bridge, Borough Market, and the South Bank. It’s the perfect spot for anyone who enjoys the buzz of the city — surrounded by great food, culture, and green spaces, with excellent transport links that make commuting easy from all directions.

The practice is equipped with digital x-ray, ultrasound, in-house laboratory, and multiparameter monitoring, giving you everything you need to provide outstanding care to our patients. You’ll work alongside a dedicated team of vets and nurses who take pride in creating a warm, supportive environment where everyone’s contribution is valued.

You’ll have opportunities to use and develop your full range of nursing skills, with encouragement to pursue areas of special interest and further qualifications.

The position is 40 hours per week, with 9.5-hour shifts including lunch and one day off per week. You will work 1 in 6 weekends at Medivet Camberwell 24-Hour Hospital (Saturday and Sunday), two Bank Holiday shifts per year, and participate in on-call duties once to twice a year.

At Medivet, we’re passionate about developing our people, offering clear progression pathways, funded CPD, and access to our national network of hospitals and referral centres for learning and growth.
