Do you thrive in a fast-paced hospital environment? Are you passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and eager to work within a team that sets the benchmark for clinical excellence? We are excited to offer a permanent full-time opportunity for an experienced Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) to join our outstanding team at Medivet Faygate 24-Hour Hospital.
Set within acres of tranquil woodland and scenic countryside, our Faygate hospital provides a peaceful and inspiring setting — whilst being conveniently close to the South Downs National Park, excellent transport links, and charming Sussex villages. Despite the serene surroundings, this is a dynamic and progressive hospital where no two days are the same, offering a stimulating caseload and a strong focus on clinical quality.
As a valued member of our nursing team, you will be part of a collaborative, highly skilled and supportive group dedicated to delivering exceptional standards of patient and client care. This role offers the ideal environment to showcase and develop your clinical skills, with access to advanced diagnostic and surgical facilities, including digital and dental radiography, multiparameter monitoring, endoscopy, bronchoscopy, a full in-house laboratory, CT imaging, and two theatres. The practice also benefits from separate cat and dog wards, a dedicated isolation facility and species-specific waiting areas, ensuring a calm and stress-free environment for our patients.
Medivet Faygate is RCVS Accredited as a Small Animal General Practice, an Approved Training Practice for Veterinary Nurses, and an active participant in the Veterinary Graduate Development Programme (VetGDP) — reflecting our commitment to clinical quality, development and learning.
This is a permanent full-time role working 40 hours per week, including participation in our weekend rota. We are seeking an experienced RVN with a minimum of two years’ post-qualification experience, excellent clinical skills and a genuine passion for patient care, teamwork and continuous improvement.
If you are an enthusiastic, confident and compassionate RVN looking to grow in a forward-thinking, well-equipped hospital with a warm and supportive culture, we would love to hear from you.
