Our Dartford hospital is a bustling hub of activity, supporting surrounding Medivet practices with emergency and complex cases. You’ll have access to cutting-edge facilities including digital X-ray, ultrasound, an orthopaedic theatre, dedicated ICU, and a fully equipped in-house laboratory — giving you everything you need to provide gold-standard care. Every day brings something new, from nurse consults and inpatient care to anaesthesia and theatre work, offering true variety and the chance to build on your clinical expertise.
You’ll be working alongside a passionate and skilled team, including certificate-holding vets, experienced RVNs, and a supportive Head Nurse who values development and teamwork. About you
You’re a RCVS registered Veterinary Nurse with a passion for delivering exceptional patient and client care. You’re a team player who wants to make a real difference in a practice that values and supports you.
What you’ll be doing
Typically, in this role, you’ll:
- Deliver exceptional care to patients, carrying out nurse led appointments and schedule 3 activities, supporting consults, surgeries and procedures, complying with all regulatory, practice and operational standards
- Deliver patient monitoring and care, and manage admissions and discharges
- Deliver exceptional care to your clients
- Work collaboratively within a supportive team
