This is a role for someone who loves improving systems, influencing engineering culture, and enabling teams to deliver high‑quality change with confidence.
What You’ll Do:
Take accountability for the quality of software used across our practices and client‑facing platforms

Expand automated testing across our applications and reduce reliance on manual regression testing
What You’ll Bring:
We’re looking for someone who blends technical depth with strong leadership and coaching skills. You’ll have:
Experience testing distributed systems, APIs, and exposure to event‑driven architectures
Strong hands‑on experience designing, building, and maintaining automated tests
A track record of improving CI/CD quality gates and automated validation
Experience shaping user stories and acceptance criteria to support effective testing
Knowledge of test data setup, database observation, and scenario simulation
Familiarity with observability and production monitoring
Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence without direct authority
Experience implementing multiple types of testing
A collaborative mindset that puts team success first
Confidence working autonomously and driving initiatives forward
Why Medivet?
