Medivet Maresfield is looking for a Part-Time Veterinary Surgeon to join our friendly and supportive team.

Located in Maresfield, near Uckfield in East Sussex, our purpose-built practice has been designed to provide the most up-to-date and modern approach to veterinary care. The clinic includes separate dog and cat wards, two surgical suites and a comprehensive range of diagnostic facilities.

You will be joining a three-vet clinic supported by a dedicated team of Registered Veterinary Nurses, Veterinary Care Assistants and a Practice Manager.

This is a part-time position, ideally two days per week (8:30am–6pm), with no weekend or on call rota.

What you’ll be doing

Typically, in this role, you’ll:

  • Deliver exceptional clinical care to patients in consults and surgery to the highest standards of regulatory, practice and operational compliance
  • Develop tailored treatment plans with clients
  • Work collaboratively within a supportive team
  • Share your skills and support our Medivet communities’ development
