Contract Type: 12 month Fixed Term
Salary: £34,000
Bonus: £3,000 (paid in 2 x £1,500 instalments at month 6 and month 12)
Reporting into: Network role, working closely with the People Optimisation Lead
Location: Home based with occasional travel if required to a clinics
Role Overview
We are seeking a Network People Co-ordinator to join us on a 12-month fixed-term basis to support the Clinics with the delivery of our core HR services during a period of transition. This role is critical in ensuring continuity of day-to-day people operations while new processes and ways of working are being implemented.
You will support and co-ordinate existing activities, managing HR queries, supporting basic Employee Relations (ER) matters, and employee lifecycle administration, ensuring a consistent and reliable service across the region. As new processes are introduced, you will transition alongside them, supporting their rollout, adoption, and ongoing delivery. This role requires someone who is comfortable balancing “business as usual” delivery with evolving ways of working.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for all regional HR queries via the ticketing system
Manage and resolve tickets efficiently, maintaining service levels during the transition period
Provide accurate and consistent guidance across a range of HR topics
Ensure continuity of service while processes evolve
Provide first-line support to managers on basic ER matters (e.g. absence, conduct, performance) in line with company policies
Support low-level ER cases, including note-taking, documentation co-ordination, letter drafting and follow-ups.
Signpost managers to relevant policies and procedures
Escalate more complex cases as appropriate
Support the delivery of end-to-end administration for new starters, changes, and leavers under current processes and future automations
Ensure all activities are completed accurately and on time
Adapt delivery as new processes and systems are introduced
Continue to deliver existing processes while new solutions are implemented
Support the transition to new HR processes, systems, and ways of working
Assist with the rollout and embedding of new processes within the region
Provide feedback on process effectiveness and highlight any issues or gaps
Flex approach and responsibilities as the operating model evolves
Maintain confidentiality and high standards of data accuracy
Support reporting, audits, and documentation requirements
Key Skills & Experience
Previous experience in an HR administrative or coordination role
Strong understanding of HR policies and Employee Relations processes
Experience managing high-volume queries or working with ticketing systems
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable working in a changing environment with evolving processes
