In this role you will ensure continuity of our day‑to‑day people operations while new processes, systems, and ways of working are introduced.
You’ll be the steady, reliable point of contact for colleagues and managers, helping to deliver consistent HR support while also embracing and embedding new approaches as they roll out. It’s an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys balancing “business as usual” with change.
This role is a fixed term contract for 12 months
What You’ll Be Doing:
Act as the first point of contact for regional HR queries via our ticketing system.
Manage and resolve tickets promptly, maintaining service levels throughout the transition.
Provide clear, accurate guidance across a wide range of HR topics.
Ensure continuity of service while processes evolve.
Provide first‑line support to managers on basic ER matters, including absence, conduct, and performance.
Support ER cases through note‑taking, documentation, letter drafting, and follow‑ups.
Signpost managers to relevant policies and escalate complex cases when needed.
Deliver end‑to‑end administration for starters, movers, and leavers.
Ensure all activities are completed accurately and on time.
Adapt to new processes and automations as they are introduced.
Assist with the rollout and embedding of new HR processes and systems.
Provide feedback on what’s working well and where improvements are needed.
Flex your approach as the operating model evolves, ensuring smooth adoption across the region.
Maintain confidentiality and high standards of data accuracy.
Support reporting, audits, and documentation requirements.
What You’ll Bring:
Experience in an HR administrative or coordination role.
Strong understanding of HR policies and Employee Relations processes
Experience managing high‑volume queries or working with ticketing systems.
Excellent organisations skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage competing priorities in an agile environment while maintaining service quality.
A proactive, solutions-based approach balanced with a customer focused mindset.
