Location: Hybrid (typically 2 days per week in Watford)
We’re looking for a talented Marketing Manager to join our growing Marketing team and play a key role in shaping how we engage, acquire and retain more owners and their pets.
As Marketing Manager, you’ll lead the planning, creative development and co-ordination of the channel owners to deliver integrated brand and acquisition campaigns that build awareness, consideration, conversion and advocacy/loyalty. Reporting to the Head of Brand, you’ll own the overall campaign process from planning to creative brief and ensuring asset delivery from channel owners - working closely with our in-house team, agency partners and channel owners to ensure every campaign is insight-led, creatively compelling, and delivered on time and on budget. You’ll collaborate with channel owners across CRM, digital acquisition, community marketing, social, and PR to ensure campaigns are fully integrated, consistent, and effective across every touchpoint.
What You’ll Do
· Lead the planning and delivery of creative for brand and performance campaigns that drive awareness, consideration, and loyalty.
· Coordinate channel owners (CRM, Digital Acquisition, Website, Social, PR, Community Marketing) to ensure execution of cohesive and aligned activity across the marketing mix to deliver campaign objectives.
· Lead the creative approach, from concept and messaging through to final asset delivery.
· Manage agencies and approval processes to deliver campaigns on schedule and budget.
· Partner with channel leads to monitor and report campaign performance across all touchpoints, using insight and data to refine creative and messaging for continuous improvement.
What You’ll Bring
· Proven marketing experience, ideally within a multi-channel in-house role.
· Experience managing integrated, multi-channel campaigns (digital, social, OOH, print, CRM, PR).
· Strong creative and strategic skills, with an eye for detail and delivery.
· Excellent project management, coordination, and stakeholder communication skills.
· Confident briefing and managing agencies, budgets, and timelines.
· Data-driven mindset with experience interpreting campaign performance and insight.
· Collaborative team player who enjoys orchestrating multiple moving parts to deliver results.
