A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Lead Veterinary Surgeon to join our team at Medivet West Kensington.
West Kensington is a multi-vet practice with a large and loyal client base, seeing a variety of surgical cases. You’ll be supported by an amazing team in branch, with access to Medivet Kensington 24 Hour Hospital, offering high-tech equipment and a strong professional network.
The practice is ideally located with excellent public transport links, making commuting across London straightforward. West Kensington is a desirable and vibrant area of London, known for its leafy streets, riverside walks, boutique shops, cafés, and a strong sense of community. You’ll enjoy easy access to Richmond Park, Hammersmith, and Chelsea, as well as central London amenities.
This is a full-time role, working 40 hours per week, with a weekend rota of 1 in 6 weekends at Kensington 24 Hour.

About you
You’re a qualified MRCVS with a passion for clinical excellence and client care. You want to make a real difference in a practice that values and supports you.

What you’ll be doing
Typically, in this role, you’ll:
- Deliver exceptional clinical care to patients in consults and surgery to the highest standards of regulatory, practice and operational compliance
- Develop tailored treatment plans with clients
- Work collaboratively within a supportive team
- Share your skills, inspiring others and supporting our Medivet communities’ development
