Medivet Edenbridge are seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead Veterinary Surgeon to join our team on a full-time basis, working 4 days per week. Part-time applicants are also welcome to apply.
The ideal candidate will have a strong surgical background. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their clinical leadership journey while continuing to develop their expertise in a supportive and well-equipped environment.
Join a supportive team working alongside two other vets in the clinic, formerly known as Lingfield Lodge, which has proudly served the local community and surrounding areas since 1982. Nestled in the heart of the countryside, the practice offers a beautiful and tranquil setting — the kind of place that makes every morning commute a pleasure — with ample on-site parking for added convenience.
We have a dedicated operating theatre for all surgical procedures, a comprehensive laboratory, digital X-ray, and ultrasound, and we use cutting-edge laser technology in our soft-tissue surgeries. There is a dental room where all our dentistry is carried out. The practice features separate dog and cat wards, as well as outdoor runs for dogs. You will also have access to advanced imaging including CT at our nearby 24-hour hospital in Faygate.
We’re offering a £5,000 signing bonus for the successful candidate.

About you
You’re a qualified MRCVS with a passion for clinical excellence and client care. You want to make a real difference in a practice that values and supports you.

What you’ll be doing
Typically, in this role, you’ll:
- Deliver exceptional clinical care to patients in consults and surgery to the highest standards of regulatory, practice and operational compliance
- Develop tailored treatment plans with clients

- Share your skills, inspiring others and supporting our Medivet communities’ development
