Medivet Yeading is a partner-led, well-established 3-vet practice in West London, offering a varied and fast-paced caseload.
The team includes multiple Veterinary Surgeons supported by a dedicated nursing and client care team, including an SVN, RVN, VCAs and CCAs. This is a high-performing clinic where collaboration and high clinical standards are key, making it an ideal environment for a Head RVN who enjoys working in a dynamic setting and leading from the front.
As Head Veterinary Nurse, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the nursing team, driving clinical standards and ensuring smooth practice operations.
This is a full-time position of 40 hours per week and weekend rota can be either 1 in 3 half weekends at the practice or 1 in 6 full weekends at the Richmond 24-hour hospital, alongside participation in the bank holiday rota.

What you’ll be doing
Typically, in this role, you’ll:
- Deliver exceptional care to patients, carrying out nurse led appointments and schedule 3 activities, supporting consults, surgeries and procedures, complying with all regulatory, practice and operational standards
- Deliver patient monitoring and care, and manage admissions and discharges
- Deliver exceptional care to your clients
- Work collaboratively within a supportive team
