This is a rare and exciting opportunity to join our 24 hour hospital at Kensington, one of London’s most vibrant and well-connected areas. You’ll be part of a team that handles a dynamic and diverse caseload, from routine consults to complex emergency and critical care cases.

We are seeking a Head Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our team at Medivet Kensington 24 Hour. You’ll have the chance to work alongside a team of skilled colleagues in a collaborative and supportive environment, with access to modern equipment and a strong nursing team.

This role is working 40 hours per week with 1 in 6 weekends.

About you

You’re a RCVS registered Veterinary Nurse with a passion for delivering exceptional patient and client care.  You’re a confident leader with experience of getting the best out of every colleague.

What you’ll be doing

Typically, in this role, you’ll:

  • Deliver exceptional care to patients, leading nurse led appointments and schedule 3 activities, supporting consults, surgeries and procedures, complying with all regulatory, practice and operational standards
  • Deliver patient monitoring and care, and manage admissions and discharges
  • Deliver exceptional care to your clients
  • Provide clinical leadership, inspiration and development to the nursing team
