Are you looking for a role where you can use your skills and experience to help lead and inspire our clinical teams.
Top of your list will be establishing a culture of consistent working and compliance, championing best practice and exceptional clinical care - as well as external regulatory standards. You will be an advocate for RCVS and BVA guidelines, monitoring and driving improvements across the division.
Through supporting the development of our people plan, focusing on the clinical development of the current teams, retention and succession plans, you’ll ensure exceptional clinical care is delivered across all aspects of the client journey.
You’ll embed a ‘one team’ culture and provide visible and accessible leadership and direction across the division; building positive and respective relationships and encouraging everyone to act as an ambassador for Medivet.
You'll already have experience of leading and coaching teams and know how to get the best out of them. It would be ideal too if you have had experience of working in a multi site role.
Please note that this is a 9 month Maternity Cover. You will be required to travel 3 days per week covering practices across Kent & Essex. .
