We’re looking for a curious, commercially minded Data Analyst to support our clinics in delivering outstanding care. If you love turning data into meaningful action, partnering with teams across the business, and shaping decisions that directly impact pets, clients, and clinic teams, this could be the role for you.
You’ll play a key part in analysing client behaviour across the full lifecycle — from first visits to reactivation and beyond. Your work will help us identify opportunities to improve retention, optimise marketing investment, and support our clinics with clear, actionable insights.
What you’ll do:
Analyse active client flows to provide meaningful insight for different channels
Identify key issues and behavioural drivers behind client retention
Support full‑funnel ROI analysis and evaluate channel performance
Build, automate, and maintain clinic‑level dashboards to track performance
Contribute to forecasting and scenario modelling to support business planning
Work closely with Marketing and Finance teams to translate insights into action
What you’ll bring:
Naturally analytical, with experience working in data‑driven environments
Comfortable working with large datasets and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
Experience in using SQL, Python or AI tools to analyse data
Confident communicating insights to non‑technical stakeholders
Curious, proactive, and motivated by improving client and clinic outcomes
Excited to work in a purpose‑driven organisation where your work genuinely makes a difference
Experience in subscription, retail, healthcare, or customer lifecycle analytics is a bonus, but not essential.
