Dreaming of owning your own practice?
Trying to find reasons why you think it’s impossible? Whatever the reason is, Medivet could be your answer.
With over 150 Branch Partners across the group, Branch Partnership is at the heart of Medivet’s exceptional veterinary care, and our model is fully supported with in-house experts, allowing our Branch Partners to focus on their teams, clients and patients whilst we look after the business admin.
And whilst we don’t want you to go before you’ve even arrived, we do think it’s important for you to know that you can leave at any time. Medivet Branch Partners can sell their equity every 2 years at a pre-defined multiple, meaning when you are ready to consciously uncouple, you’ll be given a healthy return on your initial investment.
With so many great reasons to live in Streatham* could you be the new partner we’re looking for.
Medivet Streatham, situated in vibrant SW London, has everything you need to provide excellent care, with a spacious prep room and adjoining ops theatre, two consult rooms, dedicated x-ray/scan room, separate cat and dog wards and a large reception.
The clinic has bonded clients and a varied caseload, allowing for thorough workups, and your support team would consist of a Registered Veterinary Nurse, two experienced Veterinary Care Assistants and a part-time Practice Manager, with room to grow.
Who are we looking for?
If you put patient welfare at the very heart of everything you do, are enthusiastic about growing and developing your team and want to be part of helping your practice thrive, we could be looking for you. You will bring your energy and expertise to help drive the practice and we will bring a team dedicated to supporting your growth as a business owner. Some commercial and leadership experience would be beneficial but isn’t essential.

*Want to know more about why you should move to Streatham:
- For the foodies, you should know that it would be possible to eat your way around the world with a visit to Streatham High Road, and if pubs and bars are more your thing, you won’t be lost for choice.
- If you love jazz, The Hideaway has music every weekend and with the Streatham Arts Festival, Streatham Food Festival and Streatham Common Kite Day, there will plenty to do in your down time. Who doesn’t want to do more kite flying?
- Maybe competitive sports are more your thing, in which case, you’ll feel right at home watching Streatham Ice Hockey Club outplay their rivals at the Streatham Ice and Leisure Centre.
- The area is not short of green space, Streatham Common and Tooting Bec Common and Lido are all close by and there is a plethora of public transport links (getting you to London in under 30mins), and when you’re ready for that next holiday, Gatwick Airport is less than an hour away.
