The role
An amazing opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and experienced vet to lead our practice based in Bracknell Harmans Water. This is an exciting opportunity as the practice has recently undergone a refurbishment.
You will need at least a minimum of 3 years small animal practice experience. Salary and Benefits
- Salary of up £80,000 per annum depending on experience

We can also support Certificates of Sponsorship for a Tier 2 (General) Visa if you meet the criteria and are eligible to register as a veterinary surgeon with the RCVS upon arrival in the UK.
Role accountabilities
You will provide high standards of clinical care to your clients and patients and direction and leadership to colleagues in practice, to ensure delivery against agreed performance measures.
You will be responsible for the financial and operational performance of your practice and overall team performance and engagement.
You will need to ensure the delivery of exceptional clinical quality and care standards in your practice always encouraging a progressive clinical culture.
You will follow Medivet policies and procedures and ensure they are implemented in your practice and adhered to by all your team (e.g. Medivet preferred drug policy)
You will work with your regional management team, Head Nurse and practice colleagues to deliver exceptional care whilst driving your practice forward.
Review Clinical Dashboards regularly and create plans and actions from these to include supporting your team to achieve.

Branch
Harman’s Water has recently been refurbished and we are looking for a team to welcome clients back through the doors.
You will have easy access to our 24-hour centre in Wokingham, and we have nearby practices that specialise in orthopaedics, soft tissue surgery, dermatology, medicine, ultrasonography, dentistry, exotics and ophthalmology.
Harmans Water is a leafy suburb of Bracknell close to the M3 and M4 with good transport links to Reading and London. Train station Martins Heron is 10 min walk (0.5 miles) with direct trains from London Waterloo
We have a beautiful garden full of wildlife, and a set of shops and leisure centre just round the corner. The branch includes:

- Digital x-ray
- Separate cat and dog wards
