The Opportunity

Do you have experience of owning and managing CRM campaign systems?

We are looking for a new CRM Data and Analytics Manager to be responsible for continuously optimising the Medivet CRM data engine to scale; maximising efficiency, impact and sophistication of the Medivet CRM programme.

The aim will be to deliver financial year committed revenue targets via delivery of our campaign and reporting schedules.

Excellent systems skills are required.

Role Accountabilities

  • Act as Product Owner for CRM engine and marketing analytics – through data visualisation e.g. PowerBI, looker studio.
  • CRM infrastructure maintenance & development – manage CRM development projects from requirements to delivery.
  • Ensure the systems are correctly set up to enable maximum automation and support.
  • Regular review of configuration to align with business goals Become the CRM data expert.
  • Becoming the marketing analytics and data expert Enrich the businesses understanding of the customer through data Operational CRM data process development incl. data governance, automations & reporting.
  • Responsibility for minimising impact to delivery if there are system failures or planned outages.
  • Operational execution of campaign schedule Operational execution of client, KPI & campaign tracking schedule.
  • Analysis support for current & future client initiatives Support the Marketing team with ad-hoc requests for extracts, client queries, data mining, analysis, reports.

Your Skills and Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years previous experience owning and managing CRM campaign systems and web / marketing analytics.
  • Experience of working with complex customer databases.
  • Knowledge of analytical tools and systems (e.g. SQL, SPSS or other in-house)
  • Working with Google analytics and PowerBI.
  • Working with campaign management tools such as MS Dynamics and MS products advantageous.
  • Extremely conscientious and detail-oriented.
  • Strength in planning and organising and ability to respond positively and quickly to change.
  • Ability to represent complex data in easy to understand formats.
