Registered Veterinary Nurse
The Opportunity
Medivet have an opportunity to join our Nottingham referral clinic as we introduce a night nursing team to improve our patient and client care. You’ll be joining an amazing team of AVP vets, nurses and support staff at East Midlands Referrals where we offer orthopaedic and neurosurgery referrals to Nottingham and the surrounding areas.
Working five nights on (Monday to Friday, 18:00 to 08:00) then having nine nights off you will provide overnight care and support for our surgical patients with support from on call veterinary surgeons to ensure patient comfort, safety and recovery are optimal.
EMR is based in Hucknall and only five miles from Nottingham city centre. The clinic is well placed for access to the M1 and to the beautiful Derbyshire Dales and Peak District. It is a fully equipped referral centre, including a separate operating theatre, digital x-ray, ultrasound and endoscopy with access to MRI and CT scanner. It’s currently undergoing extension, re-modelling and refurbishment which when finished will make it an even more fantastic place to work.
This is the perfect opportunity to take the next step in your career by joining the growing Medivet community, we want to be the best place for vets and nurses to work and we’re putting in the effort to do that. For more information contact daniel.scratcher@medivet.co.uk
