Alloa is the first practice in Scotland to join Medivet. Located within the market town and within walking distance of all local amenities, this small, busy four vet practice is well equipped and has a wide-ranging medical and surgical caseload. Boasting an established and very experienced support team, including 5 CCAs, 2 ACAs and a wonderful head nurse, continuity is actively encouraged, and we have some of the nicest clients you’re likely to encounter.
The clinic has onsite Idexx blood machines, X-ray, ultrasound and laser therapy. The successful candidate would be supported to develop and grow in their interests by an established team of vets within the clinic and the wider Medivet community. As well as our main clinic we also have a separate dedicated cat clinic, two doors down from the main clinic with cat only waiting room/consult room and operating suite so would suit a vet who would love offer bespoke feline cat care or work as a feline only vet, to become a specialist in their field.
